Biodiversitas 23: 486-495. The termite Hagen Tanjung Senai, Inderalaya is classified as a high-level termite. Termites like eusocial insects break down cellulosic biomass into glucose by that produce enzymes in their gut. In the present study, new species were determined biomolecular assay. Bacterial isolates and purified using DNA kit optical density bacterial was obtained spectrophotometer nanodrop. A total 24 amplified PCR to determine fragment 16S rRNA gene, performed BLAST-N program compared with NCBI database. Result sequences gene showed identify Enterobacter cloacae (isolates 1, 3, 6, 7, 10, 14, 19, 20, 25, 28, 39, 40, 44, 60, 64), Klebsiella pneumoniae 24, 43, 62), quasipneumoniae 29, 36, 37), varicolla (isolate 52), roggenkampii 56) asburiae 59).
